effidur easy panel system - extremely flat and easy to fit
The effidur easy panel system is a reinforced floor system consisting of galvanised steel panels with arched brackets for the fixing of the heating pipe. The easy panels are connected to each other, equipped with heating pipe and covered with a system approved screed with an overlap of only 20 mm above the pipe. Based on its low height of approx. 28 mm and the excellent heat conductivity of the steel panels a heated and highly energy efficient screed floor is made.
The heating pipe (ø 8 - 12 mm - chooseable dimension) that is fixed to the steel panels, has an internal oxygen barrier and this way minimises the corrodibility of the entire heating facility. The oxygen permeability of the organic barrier (EVOH) is only approx. 0,02 g/m³d and therefore manytimes lower than required under DIN 4726.
The effidur easy panel system is fit as floating floor above a load-bearing sub-floor and is ideally suited for the retrofit of old buildings due to its low height.
